Third Party Sites
Your jewellery will be securely packed in Panalee And Tara box and protection material to ensure you will receive it in good condition.
International delivery – Packages are sent by Registered Air Mail at no cost. Delivery lead time is between 7-15 days. Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt.
For custom order, please allow additional one wekk for us to make your jewellery.
If you wish to use other courier service, please advise upon your purchase. Shipping cost will be added to your order as quoted from your preferred courier service.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal all will be done through Paypal system. We ensure your shopping with us is safe and secure.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return or refund request withint fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. Please read carefully our return/refund policy below.
Shipping cost of Returning:
We will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning if return due to an error occurred from us, faulty item and/or item sent by mistake, or defective product. However, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition.
Return for Replacement:
We will be happy to replace with a new item (the same style no. your originally ordered) if return due to an error occurred from us, faulty item and/or item sent by mistake, or defective product. However, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition. We will be responsible for the shipping cost of return/resend the parcel unless the return is for reasons other than mentioned above.
Return for Refund:
We will issue a refund if return due to an error occurred from us, faulty item and/or item sent by mistake, or defective product. However, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition. The refund will be made in full including the return shipping cost, which will be of the same method as when the package was sent to you. We will issue a refund within 15 days of receipt of the return using the same payment method you paid to us.
Return for Repair:
We will be happy to repair your item free of charge if the item is considered to be defective product or production mistake. In case of wear and tear or lost of stone, we will acknowledge you the cost of repairing prior acceptance of the return.
Please always notify of the faulty and your intention to return the goods prior sending out the package. Please provide us with the order number, buyer’s name and address, reasons for the return, and whether you require a refund, replacement, or repair.
Once the return is approved, we will notify a “return number”. Please kindly mention it on the package.
The return is buyer’s responsibility until we receive the package. We cannot be held responsible for the return that is lost in transit.
